N2 has created this privacy policy to show our commitment to the privacy of those of you who visit our website. Our privacy policy is outlined below along with how we treat information collected from our website visitors.

Collection and Use of Information

There are two kinds of information that we collect from our website users, which are called: 1) Aggregate information which does not identify you and is used so that we can understand website statistics (for example, the number of visitors, our most visited pages, etc.); and 2) Personal information which is identifying information that we only collect from you if you consent to provide it to us. There are a few ways we may collect personal information from you:

1. If you register to join the N2 mailing list. Here we collect your email address so we can send you information about events and our newsletter;
2. If you contact us through our website. Here we collect your email address so that we can respond to you; and,
3. If you register for an N2 event. Here we collect your information so that we can administer the event and to send you information on future events.

Disclosure of Information

N2 will not disclose your information except for when:

1. N2 uses another organization to help with event registration services. In this case, N2 will provide your registration information to that organization.
2. When N2 must respond to demands or requests from government authorities, courts or law enforcement (in those cases, we have to by law!).
